<p>It&#8217;s a great question, because there is a fine line between building a network and brand and crossing over into spam. Social media, blogs and other Web tools are great network and brand building tools.</p>
<p>So, what&#8217;s the difference between marketing and spam? Are you spamming people if your Twitter feed is only links to your own work? What about if you link to your newspaper stories on your blog?</p>
