I'm establishing a blog for the company where I work - it's a new concept for them. They are excited to participate and looking to me to guide them there. I
appreciatate the community-building strategies and the asking of questions from my community, because it describes my plan. I aggree that learning from example is a way to go. It provides the grounding we think we need when things are uncertain. Then before you know it - you're writing, organizing threads and having conversations that tell you where you need to go. Enjoyed the post, Thank you.
